To late again

Another week has gone bye. Yesterday was my father`s birthday. Therefore i forgot to write on my blogg. For that i am sorry. Hope that you will forgive me.

Previous week has been strangely tame. Many hours with study, some hours relaxing. Have been quite little out of the house actually. Mostly because i wanted to finish the book i was reading. And i have. "Deadhouse Gates" by Steven Erikson has been completed. It was not good reading. Quite dull. I`m glad i`m finished. Now i have started on a new book. The book is called "Eragon". Until now it has been okey, but i think it will become more exiting after a little while. It is 4 books in the saga. I look forward to reading more.

At last i have, as always, some thoughts about something. Here it goes

I feel troubled by the disaster at Haiti. There have been much news om this subject. Each time there is more violence then the last. There are most people in my age, 18 to 25. These people are helpless, they are angry and they are without food. Many of them have gotten knifes and swords. Angry at the world. As young men they have much energy. It has been turned into rage. Rage against rest of the world. Who can blame them. What would we do? Would we ask for help and help the rest of the people, or would we be so angry at everybody that we would attack them?

I hope that we will learn from the disaster, care more for people around us. If you have not been touched or bothered with this incident, then i think you should ask God for help. This is all about caring, the more we care, the more can we accomplish. Hopefully our generation will care more for each other then the previous generation. I bid you a good night. Sleep well

Hmm, survival of the fittest ey? Some of them might be frustrated over the current situation, but most of them are greedy bastards, and outright egocentric and evil.. They should be helping their fellow haitians, not scavenging for themselves. That's my opinion at least.

And on another note, it is spelled reading, and not reeding. :-)

Regards, Lasse

I think it's a good idea to use this blog as an excuse to write english. You do still write a bit norwegian with english words :) But it seems you have a growing vocabulary, and thats a good thing!
